"The landscape of coaching has been rapidly changing in the past years. Prioritizing the mental strength and health of athletes has become increasingly important. And you as a coach can play an important role in managing the challenges your athletes are facing in regards to their performance and mental health. That's why I created the mentorship program. To create more skilled and well-rounded coaches."
During our mentorship we will consistently explore what your client's thinking patterns are, what they are experiencing both physically and emotionally, and how those factors impact their behavior. Based on that input we will address the issues at hand with the help of evidence based approaches from sport and performance psychology.
The mentorship includes:
Minimum of 12 coaching sessions (1-1.5 hours each)
In-session exercises and homework assignments
Reading and work materials (logbooks, questionnaires, forms, etc.)
Feedback on own client cases possible
Contact in between sessions via WhatsAp
Can you choose your own curriculum for the mentorship?
The mentorship is entirely tailor-made for you based on the challenges you are currently facing in your coaching. You decide the topics.
Is the mentorship in-person?
No, the mentorship sessions are given online.
Do I receive support in-between sessions?
You will receive support on your client cases in-between session via WhatsApp.
Is it possible to be shadowed?
If you get the permission of your clients, then it would be possible for me to sit-in with some of your sessions so you can receive feedback on how you structure your conversations and how to apply interventions.
