Every year competing at the highest level in any sport becomes harder and harder. Every aspect is closely monitored, whether that is sleep, nutrition or training itself.
To keep up with the competition, athletes are tasked with finding new ways to improve performance. They are tasked with finding that missing puzzle piece that makes them go from good to great.
The majority of high level athletes speak about “mindset” as that missing puzzle piece. The champions’ mindset. The undying determination to win. The unbreakable sense of confidence. All those can be summed up in one word.
Resilience.
But how can you develop that champions’ mindset?
How can you become resilient?

“Becoming resilient is not something we are born with. It’s something that we can cultivate over time with practice. To become truly resilient you must commit to doing the actual hard work. A resilient athlete is a high performing athlete.”
During the Resilience Coaching System you will learn the basics of sport psychology and how to apply said knowledge to your own clients to further your coaching skills.
The course contains reading and work materials, weekly lectures with in-class exercises and case studies to practice the newly learned skills.
"I could not wish for a bigger mindset improvement, especially in such a short period.
The invested time and effort from both sides have been major contributors to my overall performance."
MYLENE VAN DER SPEK
"Patrick seemed to always know what questions to ask to make me think a little longer about what I was about to say, providing me with some real eye-openers throughout the week. Overall I would 10/10 recommend Patrick's coaching to everyone who is looking to improve their mental game during competition."
JANNEKE BRAUCKMAN
"I want to thank Patrick for helping me with stepping up my mental game.
We made a lot of progress in such a short amount of time.
I am beyond grateful I got the chance to work with him."
